First Rate Marine understands the need for personal data protection and wants you to understand your rights when it comes to collected personal data.  You have the right to be informed about what personal data we hold about you and to make to changes to that data.  You have the right to access, update or delete the information that we have for you, which can be completed by accessing your online account.  You may also withdraw consent or opt out of our email list by contacting us directly or by clicking unsubscribe in our email communications.

How we use your data

First Rate Marine will collect personal data from you only if you have given us your express permission, have entered into a contract agreement for consulting services or product purchases, or to comply with the law.  We use collected personal data to provide you with requested services and customer support.  We might also use it to gather analysis to improve our services or address a technical issue.  We will never share your personal information with another party, nor send spam emails to our subscribers.

Log Files

Like many other websites, FirstRateMarine.com makes use of log files. How long we retain your data
